Riverview Junior School

Admissions

ADMISSION TO RIVERVIEW JUNIOR SCHOOL:

  • Applying for an 'In-Year' place - If you would like your child to start at Riverview Junior School, please contact the Admissions Officer at the school on 01474 352620 (option 7) who will be able to advise you as to any available spaces in our school and how to apply or add your child to our waiting list.
  • Applying for a Year 3 place  -  If your child is in Year 2 and you would like your child to continue their education at Riverview Junior School from Year 3 onwards, you will need to apply for a junior school place.  Applications can be made to Kent County Council for a place at our school from mid-November to early January via the KCC website (see link below).

Our Published Admission Number (PAN) is 120 pupils in each of the four years and we are currently up to (or exceeding) our PAN in all years.

All applications to our school are ranked against our oversubscription criteria and places are offered on that basis.  For more information on our oversubscription criteria, please see document below.

Once a sibling link has been broken, sibling priority will be permanently lost for that child regardless of any further address moves a family may make in the future.
