Transition Support

As part of our transition support both across and within key stages we offer additional support to pupils who may find change difficult. This can include: Pupil Passport, additional visit, Social Stories. Please see the links for an example. Talk to your child’s class teacher if you feel you child may need this additional support at any stage of transition.
